Planning ahead - end-of-year donations to the George Mason Friends

If you are planning to bring donations of books, CDs, and DVDs to the Friends of George Mason Regional Library around the holidays, please be aware that the library is closed on the following dates:
  • November 23 - 24
  • December 23 - 26
Please do not leave donations outside the library when the library is closed - no one will be available to bring them in.  Also, please help the hard-working library staff by not putting donations in the library book-drop.

The Fall Book Sale has ended.  It wouldn't have been possible without:
  • the generous contribution of time, muscles (and sweat) of our volunteer adult and student workers who set up the sale; worked during the sale; and cleaned up at the end of the sale.
  • donations of the wonderful books, audio books, DVDs, CDs and videos from our community.
  • the George Mason Regional Library staff who cheerfully put up with the disruption in their normal operations to support the sale.
  • the year-round hard work of our Friends who sort and process the donations.
  • all of you who came to the sale!
