cookbooks will be offered at the October 19-22, 2023 book sale. Below is a sample of the diverse cookbooks available.

Coyote Café features southwestern recipes with a New Mexico twist. Mark Miller is chef & owner. $3
** Susanna Foo is one of the most widely recognized & awarded Chinese Chefs in the US. Her cooking is Chinese/French. $3
** Lidia Bastianich is a famous American cookbook author of many Italian cuisine cookbooks. She has an Emmy award winning cooking show on public TV. $6
Angela Liddon is a self-trained chef. Her focus is on plant-based (vegan) cooking. This is her first cookbook. The sale has 2 of her cookbooks. $4 each.

is an internationally famous Israeli born British chef. He writes a weekly column for the Guardian

Pushpesh Pant has written a fascinating & beautiful CB about the cuisines along the truck road from Kabul, Afghanistan to Kolkata, India. He writes not only about the cuisine encountered, but also about the places & cultures experienced. $6
