This month we are featuring a wide assortment of
different genre that will be available at the Spring Book Sale. Take a look at the breath and variety of materials cited below from our Art, Collecting, Education, Law and True Crime, and Rare Books sections.
Art
A very special item will be available at the Spring Book Sale: Canaletto Vues De Venise, a portfolio of 32 reproductions of
etchings by Antonio Canal. This portfolio represents number 88 of a limited edition of
250. It is covered in blue linen and measures 22-1/2 by 15-1/4 inches. This
beautiful collection of etchings is priced at $125.00.

Collecting
A very diverse
category at the sale is our collecting materials. This month we are featuring books and
magazines in Graphic Novels, Comics, and Hobbies.

samples of graphic novels are shown above. Price for Strangers in Paradise
is $4.00; for Slum Wolf, $6.50.
What would a comic collection be without Superman,
an all-time generational favorite. The comics shown here are over 500 pages and
priced at
$5.00 each.
These two comics: Anthony Bourdain’s Hungry Ghosts
and Marvel’s The Ultimates are in color. Price $4.50 and $7.50
respectively.
Both books and magazines on various
hobbies are available in the Hobbies area, Shown here are books on model
trains, highlighting changes in railways, track plans, and a history of model makers.

In addition,
we have eight brand new copies of the Model
Railroader from 1989 to 1994 still in their original wrappings, each $1.00.
Education
We have a small but nice variety of professional
resources for teachers and early education specialists, including titles from Scholastic
and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.We are also offering a wonderful large collection of
books geared to the early childhood/pre-k teachers, including monthly idea
books and "Little Hands" books. Price range: $2.50 to $3.00. See samples below.
Law and True Crime
True Crime books, to include the always favorite
subject, Jack the Ripper, will be available in the Law and True Crime section
of the Spring Book Sale. Below just a
